Shellers and Cleaners

The 2SC500 Cleaner can handle a HS36 or HS48 shelling head. The HS36 will do up to 200 bushels per hour while the HS48 will do up to 500 bushels per hour. HS60 or HS88 on an aspiration box. Use this system to shell the seed corn and do minimal cleaning. The HS60 can shell up to 1000 bushels per hour, while the HS88 can shell up to 2500 busheles per hour. The 3SC3000 is a 3 screen pre-cleaner capable of up to 2500 plus bushels of corn per hour. The request was made of our staff to design and build a machine to clean Alfalfa Seed. This was the result.
